I started my therapeutic work with clients in 2011. In my approach, I try to introduce holistic, integral and systemic principles of work and perspectives on health. All the techniques I use are based on trust in the immense inner intelligence of life, which guides each person on the path to healing, growth and mental harmony. At the same time, they reflect my desire for grounded, integrated and embodied spirituality – more presence in our everyday lives, relationships, work, self-care, and care for our planet.
In addition to individual therapies, I also facilitate meditations and offer evening and full-day courses on family systems, conscious touch, male-female polarity and various forms of relationship healing. I also work as an interpreter (from English to Czech) of professional therapeutic and craniosacral trainings. From 2022 I have been a member of the Czech Craniosacral Association, which offers postgraduate training as well as introductory courses for the public.
I am currently studying different modern approaches of working with trauma, such as eye movements, somatic approach and bodywork.
